VIP Red Carpet Event with music by Ken Medema featuring the Singing Hims
Neighborhood Church Ministries is working with David's House Ministries, whose mission is to extend Christ's love to individuals with developmental disabilities, to host a very special event for people with special needs. We are calling this event: "VIP Red Carpet Event." The VIPs will be people with special needs and this event will be for them and their caregivers.
The "VIP Red Carpet Event" will take place on Sunday night, April 17, at First Reformed Church in Byron Center. We will concert for our VIPs. We have booked Ken Medema, a blind musician, to share his God given talents with our VIPs. We will also have The Singing Hims, a NCM ministry, join our concert. We hope that our VIPs will be encouraged and blessed by listening to Ken Medema
We would love to "roll out the red carpet" and let our VIPs know that God loves them no matter what. If you would like to become involved, here are some ways you can help.
1. Donation of supplies or use of equipment for this event. We are looking for donations of: advertising, red carpet and ropes, search lights, and a grand piano to be used by Ken Medema.
2. Monetary Donation: We are looking for donations to help cover the cost of supplies for this event. (Neighborhood Church Ministries is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization)
3. Ticket Donation. Each ticket for this event is $25. We are looking for donations that will allow our VIPs to attend this event. For example, a gift of $500 would cover the cost of 20 tickets.
